17th Century Antique Spanish Tavern Bench

Completely original 17th century Spanish tavern bench. Sometimes you find an antique that really blows you away; this is one of those pieces!! It has so much soul and character, you can feel it when you sit on it; if a piece of furniture could talk this one would have some very interesting tales to tell. Parts of it are so worn and smooth from years of being  sat on, you instantly start stroking it wondering who else has sat on it.

It very comfortably seats 3, although you could seat four. Most interestingly it has a pull down table in the middle with a leg that goes into the seat base making the perfect setting for long in depth chats.

It is such a versatile piece it could go in any room- it would make great seating at a kitchen table, a hallway or sitting room bench, even in the bedroom.
